Product Warranty will NOT INCLUDE any product issue arising from improper installation. Product that is not installed using the installations instructions is not a manufacturing related defect. Installer workmanship is not warranted. Improper maintenance, which results in loss of gloss level, is not warranted.
Damage caused by any of the following is NOT INCLUDED (Item list is not exhaustive):
Leaks from appliances or plumbing or by construction damage after the installation.
Damage caused by hydrostatic pressure or high moisture vapor emission levels in concrete that my cause warping or other damage to the product.
Discoloration or damage caused by excessive temperatures, sunlight, latex or rubber backed mats (always use mats marked as non-staining), rubber pads, rubber wheels, wheelchairs, etc.
Strong detergents, chemicals, paints, dyes, or other
Moving appliances, heavy furniture, or any heavy object without protective covering
Accidents, abuse or improper usage.
